Read other things to note before book The space This is a cottage, one of 4, grouped around a quiet courtyard. At Hendra Paul Cottages, formerly the old stone, farm barns. They have been converted into luxury, beamed cottages, truly unique. We are in a secluded, quiet location, down a long farm drive, surrounded by our 54 acres of farmland, with horses grazing in the fields. We have abundant wildlife and lovely picnic areas by our stream, which meanders down to Porth Beach, eventually. Pretty 3 Bedroom Holiday Cottage On entering Spiders Web Holiday Cottage, you will notice the large, Art Deco window, featuring the artwork from where the cottage gets its name. You enter into a small hallway, with room for coats and shoes and a curved staircase. Beautifully equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and all the cutlery, china, glassware, oven and tableware for up to 6 people. In a corner of this lovely room is a pretty Oak settle, with Oak dining table and chairs. The window looks out over the gardens. Leading off from a corner of the kitchen is a small hallway, with door to: Bathroom 2 A good sized family bathroom, recently refurbished with a P shaped shower/ bath, toilet and wash basin. From the small hallway, down four curved, slate steps with a rope handrail, are: Bedroom 2 Bedroom 2 is a very pretty room with a pair of 3ft Single beds, chest of drawers and bedside lamps. Also from the hallway, door to: Bedroom 3 This is very cute and small, and has 2ft 6" bed for a small adult/child and chest of drawers, with clothes hooks on the wall for hanging space. We are on the edge of the coastal belt, only 1 mile as the sea gull flies, 2 miles from Porth Beach (a five minute drive) and another mile from there into Newquay. Watergate Bay is about an 8 minute drive. Check-in is 4pm onwards due to extra cleaning for Covid-19. We regret we do not take pets and are non smoking indoors. Guest access The cottage is in a court yard with access to unload your car on arrival but has a separate car park adjacent to avoid night time car noise. You have a garden area and access to 54 acres of fields and a stream to walk around.There are views of Newquay bay from some of the fields. We also have horse livery stables, the horses enjoy a visit and a stroke and pat! Other things to note Please contact us for a price and any special offers. We can reduce the price of a holiday for 4 or 5 or 6 nights stay. Also a price reduction for less than 4 people in the cottage, The daily pricing is set for a 3 night stay for 4 people. Our week long holidays are from Friday to Friday this is to avoid weekend traffic problems and short breaks are between Fridays.Our cleaners are organised for a Friday changeover July and August are weeks only Friday to Friday. There is a coin meter for your normal electricity set at a low rate £2-£4 a day.
