Located minutes away from Athens and the University of Georgia campus, it's close enough to easily Call the Dawgs on Saturday while remaining tucked away to offer relaxation, serenity and privacy. Just one mile from downtown Watkinsville and the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation, Extra Special People, Wire Park and Thomas Farm Preserve. There are currently 13 different restaurants within a 1.5 mile drive, including 9 in downtown Watkinsville alone. Wire Park features a food hall, two other restaurants, a brewery and coffee and ice cream shop. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire one-bedroom home and off-street parking (please check with us if you have more than 2 vehicles). In addition to all utilities, cable and high speed Internet are also included. Plus, guests may be able to spot our friendly golden retriever, Cash and our springer spaniel George. Both enjoy scratches behind the ear and belly rubs. Other things to note There are no properties quite like Fanny's House.
