This Fishermans Cottage in the perfect location for an enjoyable stay in St.Ives just 250 metres from the hustle and bustle of the harbour and Porthmeor Beach and yet in a quiet location to the rear of the theatre. A wonderful place for a family holiday or a cosy break. The Stennack Car Park is located just a few metres to the rear of the property. The space This fisherman's cottage is ideally suited as a bolt hole throughout the year. It is well equipped with unusually high ceilings and two spacious bedrooms. This cottage is located in a quiet corner of the St.Ives sea front area just a few metres from the hustle and bustle of the harbour area. Guest access The entire cottage is for your sole use. Other things to note The Stennack car park is conveniently located just to the rear of the property but it’s more suited for short term periods as it is expensive beyond 24hrs. During the summer the St.Ives rugby club is the cheapest at £7/ day which you can reserve and book online. Outside of the School holidays my favourites are the Railway Station and Long Avenue (JustPark 8416) car parks. A launderette is located just to the rear of the property adjacent the entrance to the Stennack Car Park. A really useful Coop convenience store is located just one minutes walk away adjacent the Theatre. Please see the new traffic management arrangement in the photos.
