Our house is located 150 meters from Sığacık Kaleiçi and the Port, opposite Sığacık Marina, and it is very easy to get everywhere. There are restaurants, cafes, local bakeries, all major markets, greengrocers and taxi stops within walking distance. All blue flag beaches in and around Sığacık are 3-5 minutes away by car. We have other houses with different decorations, features and sizes in our building. Each house has its own private area. It is our largest (1+1) house. - It is safe, comfortable, luxurious and comfortable for families with children. - Fully furnished kitchen - All necessary utensils and dinnerware for cooking and eating - Dining table for 6 - Full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, - Stove, oven and hood set - Washing machine in the bathroom - 24-hour hot water thanks to the solar energy system. - 18,000 BTU large digital inverter air conditioner in the living room, speed-adjustable ceiling fan in the bedroom - 160x200 double bed in the bedroom (2 people) - A large sofa in the living room that can be converted into a 140x200 bed (2 people) - There is a 90x190 cm sofa in the living room that can be used as a bed (1 person). - An additional single bed measuring 90 x 200 can also be added. - A total of 4 adult guests or 3 adults and 2 small children can stay comfortably - If necessary, a portable bed for children under 3 years old can be provided and placed in the bedroom. - TTnet WiFi is unlimited and free. - Parking for 6 cars is available, and free parking is also available on the street. All wooden materials and doors used in our house are specially produced for our house by competent interior architects and carpenters. In order to take care of the health of our valued customers, all windows and doors are specially produced from Swedish pine, not PVC material. All our houses have inverter split air conditioners that are exclusive to that house, there is no common ventilation. All necessary hygiene measures are taken to combat Covid-19. The construction of our building was completed in 2021 and all necessary sound and heat insulation measures have been taken to ensure the comfort of our esteemed guests at the highest possible level. All paints used are water-based and Class brands. Our building is monitored 24/7 with IR cameras for security purposes. Other things to note No smoking in our house. Our house is on the ground floor and has its own door and a small staircase leading down to the garden. We don't allow pets.
