3 bedroom light and spacious listed town house on 4 floors (be prepared for stairs!) and is centrally located in the heart of Whitby with Abbey views. Ideal for groups of couples or families. Parking permit provided. The space The property consists of modern kitchen in basement with dining table and chairs, open plan light and spacious dining room/living room with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. Very large king size room with view of the Abbey, twin room and shower room on 1st floor. Large double bedroom with en suite and Abbey views on the second floor. Outside there is a small, private yard with seating. Guest access Please note that the property is not suitable for the elderly or infirm due to the number of stairs (over 4 floors). Other things to note Guests will have use of a free parking permit at the nearby West Cliff car park (a 4 minute walk from the property). Guests will need to bring their own towels as these are currently not provided. Tea towels, washing up liquid/cloths and basic cleaning items are provided. We allow guests to bring one dog per booking - to be noted at the point of booking.
