Apartment building: Rural, quiet residential street with magnificent views from the balcony of Lake Baldeney. In an open attic apartment, the "guest room" is on the gallery. It is not a lockable "room" in the classic sense - but with curtains and wooden elements a personal atmosphere was created. Private guest toilet with shower below the loft. Shared use of the living area and balcony. TV/Wi-Fi in the guest and living area. The space The "room" has a 1.80 m wide double bed, wardrobe, several large shelves, a desk with chair, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. (But I also rent to individuals.) Guest access Guests can use the street in either direction. Free parking is available in front of the property, as well as on the rest of the street. Walking distance to Essen-Werden and to shopping etc. about 15 min. A public bus stops about 500 m away. The surroundings invite you to take walks, jog, cycle, etc. around Lake Badeney. Other things to note Dogs are welcome - cleaning fee €5.00. Breakfast, sauna in the house and/or 1-2 mattresses for children can also be booked for a small fee.
