Offering stunning river views, this property included exclusive use of a motorised tinny, kayaks to explore the river as well as fishing rods. A very unique holiday experience for couples, friends or family, Berowra Waters Cottage is located close to restaurants and cafes. The space The Berowra Waters Cottage offers huge slide open windows giving you the feeling of living on a boat but without the inconvenience of 'rocking' around! Wonderful views, beautiful sun, stunning sunrises and sunsets, perfect for watching the moon rise above the hills. A dedicated outdoor area complete with BBQ offers excellent al fresco dining and the pontoon allows you to swim and fish directly out the front of the property. Guest access The entire house is for you to use. Other things to note Water access only property means you will be taken to your property by boat (only a few minutes from where you park your car for free) and have use of a motorised tinny to get around.
