Our charming single rooms are your starting point to conquer our great Berlin! The room is small and cozy, equipped with a box spring bed, desk, flat-screen TV, safe for your valuables and private bathroom. The space Want to experience Berlin up close? Then you've come to the right place! Just a stone's throw from the legendary boulevard Kurfürstendamm, the Seifert is located right in the center of the metropolis. Other things to note ARRIVAL The rooms are available from 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to take care of your luggage and give you the first tips for your stay in Berlin! CHECK IN Please note that the reception is open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm. If you arrive later, you will receive your room key via our keybox. However, it requires a code to get the key. We therefore ask you to urgently inform us of your planned arrival time - if not already done at the time of booking. PARKING SPOT Parking is available in the area. Either in a parking bay on the street (EUR 2.00/hour 9am-10pm/Sunday free) or in the guarded car park EDO, only 150m from the hotel (20.00 EUR / 24h) in Knesebeckstr. 38-49. BREAKFAST Our breakfast buffet costs EUR 15,00 per person and day. Book it for your whole stay and get it for only EUR 12,00 per adult and EUR 7,00 per child (up to 13 years)! Kids up to 5 years eat free of charge. Cold and warm drinks are also included! Breakfast is served Mo-Sa from 7-10 AM and So from 8-11 AM. The breakfast room is on the 2nd floor next to the reception. ROOM CLEANING The rooms are thoroughly cleaned before arrival and the surfaces are disinfected. During the stay, the staff will only clean the rooms on request. We are at your disposal for your wishes. WiFi The WiFi is available throughout the hotel. You can easily log in via our network “Hotsplots Hotel Seifert” using the password “WelcomeHome”. PETS Pets are welcome at our hotel. The fee for a pet is EUR 15,00 per night and can be paid locally.
