Lovely old federation home located in Kurri Kurri just one minute off the Hunter Expressway. 30 minutes to the Hunter Valley vineyards and many other attractions offered by the Newcastle and Hunter Valley area. Tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The space There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with a queen bed. The main hallways leads off to a large combined lounge and dining room. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven and all cooking utensils. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath and also includes the toilet. There is a large rear yard with carport that can be accessed from a rear laneway. Otherwise there is ample street parking at the front. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note Our home is a period property, about 100 years old. Therefore it is not like a motel room. You may get an occasional cockroach even though we regularly have it treated by a pest controller. There may be some draught and dust which can come up through the floor boards. Please do not book our property if you are looking for a sanitised, OCD standard of cleanliness. Our house is clean and well maintained but if you have high expectations of a pristine environment, you won't find it here. Please choose another type of accommodation. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE DUST ALLERGIES. We also do not have laundry facilities. There is a laundromat in the next street. The house is located on a main road with medium density traffic flow which decreases at night time. Please bear this in mind when booking. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DISLIKE ROAD NOISE. Please note if you are bringing a dog- whilst we are fenced front and rear, the yard is not secure. You will need to supervise your dog when it is outside and definitely do not leave it unattended.
