Relaxing rural retreat on the town boundary

Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along. The space Blue Gum View Guest Suite is modern and self contained. It has a comfortable open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Tea, coffee, milk (in a reusable bottle) salt, pepper and oil are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and two portable induction hobs. The bedroom has a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. There is a queen sized sofa bed to accommodate two more guests if required for a small extra fee (If you are two guests requiring the sofa bed please book for three people and let me know it's just for two and the sofa bed as this adds the laundering fee, thank you) The suite is located on the end of the main house with a locked adjoining door. There is a private fully fenced garden with outdoor seating so you can enjoy a meal with uninterrupted rural views.
