Directly to the East is the Gulf Shores public beach which includes The Hangout, souvenir stores, handicap accessible beach mats, kids playground, and public showers and restrooms. This remarkable condo offers endless upgrades and unique touches including updated electronics and large balcony where the views are amazing. The living area affords plenty of seating including a sofa and additional swivel/rocker chair. Relax and watch the game or your favorite movie on the large smart TV. The best feature of the living area is the beachfront balcony access. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows across the entire living area. Your morning coffee or after dinner cocktail can be savored on the balcony in the polywood Adirondack chairs while watching the dolphins play. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your favorite meal including upgraded stainless steel appliance and plenty of granite countertops. The master bedroom features a king bed with luxurious linens. For all your laundry needs there is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. Complementary detergent is provided. Our condo offers a beachfront pool with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. Your vacation in Gulf Shores has something for everyone along its sprawling coast line; favorite activities include boat rentals, dolphin cruises, kayaking, parasailing, deep-sea and inshore fishing, and snorkeling. Beyond the water the area has golf courses, amusement parks including OWA and Waterville, and extensive opportunities for shopping at Tanger outlets or The Wharf. The Wharf features dining and casual restaurants, bars, boutiques, a marina, laser tag, the largest Ferris wheel in the Southeast, a 10,000 seat amphitheater which features some of music's biggest names year around and the nightly SPECTRA light and sound show on Main Street. Guests are allowed ONE vehicle on the premises. A parking pass is required for the duration of your stay. The cost is $50 if prepaid using the link sent after your reservation is confirmed (an email address must be provided at least two days before check in). If not prepaid, the parking pass may be purchased upon arrival for $60.
