Extra Linens Fee: $35 per set • Should you require additional linens during your stay, such as extra bedding or towels, this fee covers the cost of providing and laundering them to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. 4. Lost Key Fee: $250 • In the unfortunate event of a lost key, this fee covers the cost of replacing and rekeying the lock to ensure the security of our property and the safety of future guests. 5. Oven Clean Fee: $100 (Depends on Cleaner Bill) • If the oven requires extra cleaning due to heavy use during your stay, this fee contributes to the cost of professional cleaning services to ensure it's in pristine condition for the next guest's use. Fees won’t apply if guest cleaned. 6. BBQ Clean Fee: $100 (Depends on Cleaner Bill) • Enjoy a barbecue during your stay? Awesome! This fee covers the cost of thorough cleaning and maintenance of the BBQ equipment, ensuring it's ready for the next outdoor culinary adventure. Fees won’t apply if guest cleaned. 7. Moving fee • The moving fee structure, applicable for items relocated from their original position, entails a charge of $50 for smaller items such as armchairs, bedside tables, and coffee tables.
