LUXUS Apartment - VILLA am PARK

Our great apartment is great for couples or solo travelers. It is located on the garden floor (with a separate outside entrance) of a dreamlike villa directly on the Dresden city park "Großer Garten". The apartment is oriented towards the garden/park of the villa and impresses with the great and cozy sandstone look and the high-quality furnishings. The space The apartment has, among other things, an entrance area with built-in furniture (incl. washing machine), a luxurious modern bed with high-quality mattresses (hardness 2 and 3), a great high-quality leather couch, a large flat-screen TV, a new fitted kitchen with bar for eating and sitting (incl. cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, etc.) and a modern bathroom with sink, toilet, towel radiator and built-in shower. Other things to note Medium-sized dogs are allowed. We charge a one-time fee of 25.00 euros for the increased cleaning effort.
