JV Private Beach House is a NEW PRIVATE Beach House for rent located conveniently just outside Cebu City. It is situated in Bonbon, Catarman, Liloan Cebu. A great place for reunions, team building, family gatherings and barkada outings. This is a perfect place to relax, rest, think and unwind from the buzzling and busy life of the City. If you are looking for a place to stay and relax that is not too far from the city and experience a “provincial feel” then this place is for you. The space • 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms • 2 Toilet and bath (shared) • Beach Front View • Fully Equipped Kitchen Free of use - stove with gas, refrigerator, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, plates and bowls, utensils, glasses, water dispenser with free 1 gallon of water • Free use of Barbecue Grill • No corkage for food and drinks (you can bring your own food, groceries and beverages) • Dining tables with chairs • Free use of Karaoke Machine • Parking space can accommodate 5 cars • Maximum bed capacity is only 18 pax but the entire Beach House can accommodate up to 30 pax. However, if requests are received with sufficient advance notice, all efforts shall be made to honor such request with no guarantee. All request on room and bed type are subject to availability and subject to number of guests registered. Guest access You have full access and privacy upon entering the Beach House. Other things to note • Airport and Ferry Pick up or Drop off can be arranged but with additional charges. • There will be an additional charge for every person that will exceed beyond the booked or registered guests. • Arrival and Check in is ON or after 2 pm prior to that needs approval • We do not provide Breakfast • We also have a Day Use rate. You can use the whole Beach House from 8 am to 5 pm. It is cheaper than the usual rate but rooms and kitchen stove are not included. Things included are only kitchenware, refrigerator, bathroom, Bbq grill. But this will also depend on the availability of the Beach House. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Wifi is at the Dining Area • Check in time is 2 pm and Check out time is 12 pm the next day. An Additional charge of 400 pesos/hour before check in and after check out time. (Early/Late check-in/out may be allowed depending on availability). • Please BRING YOUR OWN Toiletries and Towels; charcoal for the grill. • Free use of gas stove and other kitchen equipments • Bedroom linens, blankets and pillows are provided. •PARKING SPACE can only accommodate 5 cars. - Karaoke/Loud speaker -- 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM only. (As not to disturb the neighbors). P.S. This is a quiet neighborhood (Residential Area) so please keep noise to a minumum to respect our neighbors. 🔖 🐶🐱 Pets are allowed inside the Beach house Dining Area BUT ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOMS. We have an additional charge of P150/pet for small breed, P200/pet for medium breed and P250/pet for Large breed dogs. • STRICTLY NO PETS INSIDE THE ROOMS. A cleaning fee of P1,000 will be applied to your bill if this notice is disregarded. The rooms will be inspected before check out. Dishes should be washed, cleaned and stored upon check-out. HOUSE RULES: 1. Please do not leave your valuables unattended, especially at the beach area. Management shall not be responsible for ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES of personal belongings. 2. Check in time is 2:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM the next day. 3. Please turn over the key to the Beach House staff. Lost key will be charged Php 300.00 per piece 4. Please switch off lights, TV, air-condition and other electrical appliances and please make sure that all faucets/showers are properly turned off when not in use. 5. Treat the Beach House as your own home. 6. Guests are expected to minimize the noise as the neighbors are resting as well. Karaoke should only be up to 9 pm. 7. Pets are not allowed inside the Beach House. 8. All children below 12 years of age must have parent/guardian present at all times. No exceptions. 9. No eating or drinking inside the room. 10. No swimming while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Guest’s safety is our concern. 11. Keep the place clean and green at all times. Garbage, cigarette butts and other refuse should be disposed properly. 12. No vandalism. Any damage caused to the beach house will be charged accordingly. 13. Use of fireworks, fire lanterns or bon fire is discouraged inside the Beach House. 14. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the property for everyone’s safety. We will still require you though to lock the rooms at all times. 15. Rooms will be inspected upon check-out. Lost and damaged items of the property will be billed against the guests. 16. In case of injury, the management is not liable for any cost of medical or emergency care rendered to the guest. But, the management has an available first aid kit. 17. Illegal weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the Beach House. 18. Please clean up after yourself. 19. NO LIFEGUARD is on duty. Practice safety at all times. 20. Damages and losses of items in the room such as room furnishing and fixtures including linen, towel, etc. shall be charged to the guests. 21. Removal of fixtures and equipment inside/outside the house or using them for purposes other than its main purpose is strictly prohibited. 22. Guest assume full responsibility for any and all damages caused by him/her for the duration of occupancy 23. LITTERING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please use designated garbage bins at all times. 24. We are cleaning out the unit AFTER your check-out.
