This is a 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 4, fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, washer and dryer, and complete privacy. Self check-in with a provided code. Roku TV is provided so be sure to remember to bring your passwords. No cleaning fee is added to your booking for this stay. The space The entire apartment is yours to enjoy with complete privacy. Guest access All listed rooms and spaces are accessible and private for guests. Other things to note Victorian Apartment Home Rules • Enjoy the beauty of Southwestern Pennsylvania. • For all problems or concerns contact Paul through Airbnb.. • No smoking, no pets, no open flames. • Check in is 3pm and Check out is 11am. • Clean all spills or mishaps right away to prevent any permanent damage. • The outside access for the apartment is limited to the side yard, side porch and front porch only. • Street parking is available in front of the apartment and main house. • Please lock all doors when leaving the apartment. • Upon check out please strip the beds and put sheets at the end of the beds. Gather all towels and washcloths and put them in front of the washer/dryer. Gather all garbage, tie and put outside the downstairs bathroom door on the porch.
