In Piedmont, in the countryside between Langhe and Monferrato the Calendula self-catering (80 sqm) apt is a part of a Villa surrounded by gardens, orchards, vineyards and oaks. With independent entrance, patio, free WIFI and a private swimming-pool. The space We will be delighted to welcome you at Villa Cheti where you will enjoy your staying in the Calendula cottage. There is a private drive to this cottage to unload your car easily (free parking) and the accommodation is one level floor with outdoor patio for your summer meals. In the garden you can enjoy the private pool with telescopic cover for the cooler months and throughout the property you have free WI-FI and the access to a nice and comfortable wood oven's room. The Calendula - Merigold is elegantly furnished with all the comforts: bright and well equipped kitchen; large living room with comfortable double bed sofa, a single bed a satellite 32" TV; large bathroom with walk-in shower (another bathroom is close to the cottage entrance for people with disabilities); hair dryer, washing machine .... a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk bed. The total beds are 4. Extra beds will cost EUR 15 per person per day. Please note a cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be added to your rate. Upon your arrival we will ask you 200 EUR in cash as safety deposit that will be returned at the end of your stay after the cottage check. Guest access You could enjoy the garden, our nice terrace surrounded by oaks, our swimming-pool, the bowls field (pétanque) and the wood oven's room to make your own pizza and play board games. Other things to note We produce and sell fresh and natural products, organic fruits and vegetable for instance, that you could taste throughout the year in complete relaxation in a family-friendly context. Ideal also for enjoying a fitness SPA in Acqui Terme or for shopping in major outlet stores or enjoy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (Sanremo, Bordighera, Portofino) or a relaxing time by the pool. Not so far from us by car, cities like Genoa or Turin with museums and entertainments.
