Room is good for 4 persons and the rate is inclusive of breakfast for 4 persons. My place is close to to town center, public market with wonderful finds. We have a great view of Mayon Volcano, 10 minutes to the beach, nearby restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the people, the views, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. Staying here, you will be enjoying a 1920 colonial home and living in the heritage and culture of the Bicol region. The space Room is good for 4 persons and the rate is inclusive of breakfast for 4 persons. The room has 2 semi-double beds (48x75 inches), air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, hot shower, in room safe. All rooms have complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Guest access The house has 8 rooms which we rent out and 1 room for the family. So it is possible that there will be other people around. The entire place has WiFi with signal best at the dining area and the library. You will have access to the dining area and the garden. The kitchen is off limits but we have a chef who can prepare meals. Rates vary depending on what you select from the menu. We provide bottled water, towels, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. A water dispenser is available should you need to refill your water bottle. During your stay Our family lives in the house and we are able to assist you at all times. We also have a chef, house keeper and an office secretary who can address any of your needs/concerns. We can also organize local tours for you. Other things to note * We close the doors at 9PM every night. If you want to go out, please just inform us. * We have 2 young children that live in the house and you will usually see them biking and running around in the garden. * We have 1 small and very friendly dog.
