The original pillars and beams have been preserved, showcasing materials and craftsmanship that are difficult to find in modern buildings. The space The interior furniture is designed in a Japanese modern style, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. Guests will be staying on the second floor only. On the first floor of the building, there is a café and gallery. We provide drip coffee in the room, so please enjoy a relaxing coffee time during your stay ☕ Near the building, you will also find Noguchi Onsen, where you can relax and experience Beppu’s famous hot springs. The house can accommodate up to 13 guests, making it perfect for large families or trips with friends. You can also enjoy BBQ right in front of the building, so after sightseeing you can relax and have a great time at the house. There is a large parking area on the property, making it convenient for guests traveling by car. EV (electric vehicle) charging is also available in the parking area. Room Features There are three bedrooms in the house. You can enjoy different styles of rooms, including a relaxing Japanese-style tatami room where you can stretch your legs, and a living space with a bar-counter kitchen that feels like a traditional Japanese café. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioner, so you can comfortably adjust the temperature. Bedroom 1: 3 single beds Bedroom 2: 2 double beds Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 single bed Additionally, three futon sets can be laid out in the tatami room. Nearby Information It is about a 10-minute walk to the downtown entertainment area located on the east side of Beppu Station. Amenities Wi-Fi, kitchen tools, tableware, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, air purifier, hair dryer, TV, toothbrushes, towels, coffee, etc. Parking Free parking for up to 2 cars is available. However, for children staying free of charge, beds, towels, and linens are not provided, so please prepare them yourself. Guest access The rooms are private, so you can come and go as you please, 24 hours a day. We would be happy to have you spend your time here as if it were your own room! There is a cafe on the first floor of the same building, which is connected to some part of the second floor of the room through a stairwell. The sound of the cafe and the aroma of coffee may be transmitted from the cafe, but the room cannot be seen from the cafe. If you check out late and it interferes with the cleaning or the next check-in, you will be charged! Please follow the rules below when you have a BBQ (bring your own BBQ stove) ・Please let us know the date of your BBQ in advance. ・We do not rent equipment. Please prepare by yourself. ・Please conduct BBQ on the premises. ・Please be aware that the hours are from 10:00 to 21:00. ・Please keep doors and windows closed. Smoke may enter and the fire alarm may ring. ・Please clean up after yourself. If there is any garbage left, 　an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
