You are not allow to go to upper floor as the landlord lives. You'll have the whole space to yourself, not sharing with anyone, please don't worry. ★Bedding Available from a single guest to 7 guests We have one double bed and one single sofa bed, and 2 double sized futon sets (a Japanese-style mattress). Bedroom: 1x double bed and 1x single sofa bed Living space: 2 double sized futon sets In case of 7 single adults – 2 can sleep on the double bed and one can sleep on the sofa bed, and 4 can sleep on the futon set. IS THERE ANY SPACE WE CAN LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECK-IN? Unfortunately, we don't have space for your luggage before check-in; however there is a closet in our place and you can put your luggage after check-in. Depending on other guests' schedules, it may be possible to leave your luggage before check in, so if you wish to leave your luggage earlier, please let us know. 2. IS THE PLACE CLEANED DURING MY STAY? It is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart. For your privacy, no one enters the house during your stay except for you and your group. (If you wish to have a mid stay clean and linen service, this is possible for additional costs.) 3. CAN I CHECK IN EARLY AND/OR CHECK OUT LATE? We are very sorry but we can normally not accept early check-in or late check out. Depending on other guests' schedules it may be possible to check in earlier, just let us know. 4.CAN YOU TELL ME THE WAY TO THE APARTMENT? For security reasons, we will send the details about our location, how to check-in, after confirming your reservation. We look forward to hosting you in Tokyo. Other things to note 1. Quilt covers and bed sheets may differ from the picture on our page as we change them for cleaning.We appreciate your understanding. 2. Please note that there's a possibility of the delay of the cleaning schedule and we might not able to finish cleaning by check in time. (We may be late 1-3hours depending on the situation) If you find that the room hasn't been cleaned, please let us know. 3. Please note that we might not be able to meet your expectations for quality of the room cleaning since it is a cleaning for renting private homes and rooms. 4. Automatic hot-water supplier is not available.
