The villa is centrally located, in the residential area "South Marina", and is a short walk away from the harbor complex "Abu Tig Marina". Downtown Gouna is also not far on foot. In the centers of El Gouna you will find various shops, including 5 supermarkets, a wide range of fruits and vegetables, fish market , bakeries, cafes and restaurants. The beaches with their numerous water sports such as kiting, surfing or diving can be reached with a TokTok or shuttle bus. For free you can use the lagoons, lakes and beaches of Italy Compound or Upper Nubia (opposite).
