The bedroom has a new bed base and mattress including a refridgerator with views through the window to the front garden and tree tops. Very spacious country style garden with waterlily ponds and fish, fruit trees and gum trees. The house has resident indoor 4 cats: All cats have run of the house except the guest room with their own outdoor enclosed area. Guests have access to common areas including garden and back deck. The space A lovely quiet hills environment great for walks in Belair National Park, playing tennis in the park, eating out at the local gourmet style restaurant Sheoak cafe within walking distance. The train station is a 20 minute walk and great to catch to the city for shopping, sporting events and the SA Adelaide Festival Theatre for dance and local Elder park events. Please note this property is now available for one month stays by contacting owner or booking Guest access The large garden available for guests including 2 outdoor decks for privacy and other secluded garden areas. One outdoor shaded deck area ' the cat pad' can be shared with the resident cats for a cuppa or relaxation. The garden is covered with mature fruit trees plum, mulberry and locquot. The main back deck connected to design studio has an outdoor blind and vergola against the elements to enjoy the outdoors for casual dining and still see the lovely views. The laundry with drying space outside as needed. Guests provide their own laundry products for stays longer than 2 days. The kitchen is accessed for making tea/coffee 24/7 and self serve continental breakfast provisions. Guests will need to share the new bathroom with another guest staying. The kitchen is not available for cooking meals only for continental breakfast provided in the mornings. A barbecue is available for guest use provided it is cleaned afterwards. During your stay Available for help as needed. Continental breakfast supplied each morning, provisions left for self help.This includes a selection of condiments including butter, jam, coffee or tea and other choices of seasonal fruit when available.
