Description: This is a guesthouse set inside a bigger compound. However, it is fenced off and has its exclusive gate to enter from the road. Lots of greenery abounds inside the compound with lawns, trees, organic vegetable garden and parking. This is a beautiful 2 storeyed Kerala style exposed brickwork house. It has 2 bedrooms - one on each floor, a hall and kitchenette on the ground floor and a mini hall with a workdesk and covered balcony overlooking the lawns on the first floor. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, dresser and a modern attached bathroom. Plus, our house is laid with the traditional handmade patterned Athangudi tiles from Tamil Nadu's Chettinad region. And the hot water in the taps come from our rooftop solar water heater. There is air conditioning in one.bedroom alone being the top floor. In fact, you will be staying in an award winning eco friendly dwelling :). In pursuit of eco-friendly living, we do not provide toilet paper, and also encourage our guests to bring their own toiletries. Guest access Guests have an exclusive gate to enter from, and the guesthouse is fenced off from the main compound, ensuring their privacy. They can access the lawn in front of the guesthouse, and take in the view of the whole outdoor area from there and the first floor balcony. If they have their own vehicles, they can be parked inside the main compound as well, provided that they will be parked inside before 9 pm. Other things to note 1. Unmarried couples not allowed. 2. As part of eco-friendly living, we do NOT provide "toilet paper" and there is ACin top floor bedroom alone. However, we do provide towels and bedsheets as part of Essentials listed in the amenities. 2. Please do call us for directions once you start for Saaral Greenstay. 3. Please do inform us if you bring a driver with you. You will have to book an extra guest bed for the driver as we do not have any separate facilities for a driver on the property ( i.e. no outside washroom, bed etc) Otherwise, he/she has to stay in the vehicle itself. 4. We appreciate waste segregation by our guests :) 5. Sanitary pads are to be disposed in dustbins and NOT to be flushed away in toilet. Please comply to avoid clogging drains.
