Parking for bicycle and car. The space The high ground floor of about 80 m2 contains a large kitchen with a good selection of kitchen utensils and service as well as a small dining table. In addition, living room, dining room and outdoor room. 2 cozy balconies with sunrise and lots of ocean, perfect for morning coffee. Small bathroom completely renovated in May 2018 with a rainforest shower. On the 1st floor is another bedroom of 30 m2 with sloping walls, sofa group, large, low, Japanese-inspired bed and lots of closet space. The house is rented to a maximum of 4 people. There is no access to the basement and washing machine and there is no TV but really good Wi-Fi. Countless seabirds are part of the view. In nearby forests, you can often spot deer, pheasants and rabbits. The wildlife reserve stretches from the house to the white sand on Balka Beach about 2 km away. You can get to Balka by bus, bike path and coastal path. Guest access The home is accessed via high stairs from the garden. We prioritize meeting guests in person upon arrival. Other things to note The house is rented to a maximum of 4 people. We live in Boderne ourselves when the house is rented out. However, we may need tools or something else from the basement, but we will then use the basement entrance from the road. Watering may be necessary during longer warm periods. We will then arrange a convenient time with you where we can come by. The house is, due to steep stairs and generally absent child safety, not suitable for smaller children. But of course, children are welcome under the responsibility of parents
