Family home in the countryside, which we love to see live. 5 bedrooms upstairs (1.40 bed). Mezzanine living room: on one side 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet, sink and a shower room (shower, 2 sinks), on the other side: 2 bedrooms, a separate toilet, a shower room (shower, one sink). A 11, A 87, Parc Expo, race track, golf: 3.5 km. Château d'Angers, historic center, University Hospital, University, SNCF train station 8 km, tree climbing 4 km. The space The 5 bedrooms are each equipped with a 1.40 bed, the bedrooms are upstairs which allows tranquility to the people welcomed, a baby bed (umbrella) is available. We live in the house. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen for breakfast (to be taken independently) which is included in the price: tea or coffee or hot chocolate, sliced bread, sliced industrial brioche, butter and jams, fruit juice, prepared table. To access the kitchen in the evening, ask before arrival. For lunch we don't want meals to be eaten at the house. Access to the upstairs mezzanine lounge.
