We would love to welcome you to our newly built and specially decorated villa with a 4+1 layout, a grass garden, a private pool, a jacuzzi and a partial sea view, on a large plot of land in Bayındır village, which is away from the crowds but also close to the city center (3 km) in about 10 minutes, with a magnificent nature, clean and humid-free air. No Extra charges for heated pool. From 20 September to 1 June the heating system will be active. The water temperature is 30-32 degrees. All rooms have smoke detectors and all doors and windows have fly screens. In addition, events for 30-40 people (weddings, engagements, birthdays, etc.) can be organized in the large garden of our villa. Guests who want to hold an event should inform us in advance and get a special price. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire 900 sqm plot of land on which the villa is located. There is a 3-car indoor parking area at the entrance. If you want to mow the lawn in our garden, you can mow it with our lawn mower like your own garden and experience a detached house. Other things to note Since there is no public transportation in the village center, coming by car or using a taxi will make your holiday easier.
