The SEABIRDS at Semat Beach is a only 10 minutes by car from city center Jepara. it consist of 2 units apartment style. Each unit has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Living and Dining area and kitchenette. And its own Deck Terrace. Located on ground floor with direct access to the garden from wooden deck terrace, guests can walk 20 meter to the beach via pathway on the side of our beach front cottage. Each unit has one bedroom, bathroom with double vanity and rain shower, A living and dining area with kitchenette for simple cooking. A refrigerator, Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Tea, coffee, bread and jam provided for breakfast. Our house keeper can make fried rice/fried noodle/pancake for breakfast but guest have to inform the night before. RULES AND CONDITION ACCESS: The house is available FROM 2 PM and must be free by 11 AM. Arrival after 10pm must be informed in advance. RESTRICTION : It is not allowed to smoke inside the house. It is not allowed to have parties. The House is for maximum 5 person, please do not exceed this limit. We have a house keeper who manage the house, he will there to meet you when check in and show you the place. Guest should have a car if wants to move around the town. other alternatif is to use taxi. For guest who wants to go to Pantai Kartini Harbour to catch the boat/ferry to Karimunjawa Island we have drop off service (subject to car availability) Located about 70km from Semarang Airport, pick and drop available with a fee.
