This house boasts lovely views from large windows in a quiet, 3 bedroom walkout basement with high ceilings. Each bedroom has a full bathroom ensuite. One bedroom is handi-accessible. Full kitchen, laundry facility in suite and hot tub! We are a 10 minute drive to Waterton Lakes National Park 20 minutes to the townsite, 1 hour drive to Lethbridge, 2 hours from Calgary. Waterton is a mecca of hiking, backpacking, cycling, kayaking, fishing and relaxing in the great outdoors . NO PETS PLEASE! The space Right in the hamlet of Mountain View Forevergreen is walking distance to the Barn Store (gas station), school playground and breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. We have a tree house and play equipment. Free firewood at the fire pit area you are more than welcome to use. All used at your own risk. Some finishing touches are still in progress. Guest access Gravel and dirt driveway right to guest's private entrance. Guests have access to 3 acres of natural flora. Other things to note Dress for the weather. We can have extreme shifts in the weather where it could be calm one minute and then have 80 km/hr winds the next. We have seen 30 degree swings in the temperature during spring and winter seasons. If you are prepared you’ll enjoy the beauties of the Rockies and the foothills any time of the year.
