We are located in the center of bustling Taito Ward, Tokyo. It is just a 6-minute walk to the nearest station, Minowa Station. From Sannowa Station, you can take the Hibiya Line to Nakameguro Station, Ebisu Station, Roppongi Station, Ginza Station, Akihabara Station, Ueno Station, etc. without changing trains, which is very convenient. There is a drug store across the street from the condominium, so you can buy cosmetics, medicine, etc. There is a convenience store and supermarket within a 3-minute walk, and there are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk, so it is very convenient for living and shopping. For those who likes to cook, you can go to supermarket nearby to buy local fresh ingredients and enjoy cooking time in house which you wont able to experience if you stay in hotel. -1 toilet 1 bathroom comes with bathtub in the house which are separated so that 2 person can use it at the same time which can lessen your preparation time before go out. To minimize the weight of your luggage, we do also provide basic cleaning kits such as shampoos, conditioner, towels, body shampoos, hairdryer and washing machine in the house -There is 2 bedroom in the house which 3 single futon and 1 double futon provided. In total the house able to accommodate up to 5 people -The house is in simple and modern design style with fully space utilization.All furniture and electrical appliances are all brand new - Route access in picture with explanation from Station will also be provided to guest after reservation confirmed All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. Please contact me in advance if you have specific sleeping arrangements. Guest access -This is not a shared room. You will have the entire apartment, 100% privacy 
-The room is free to use 24hours. -
Please keep quiet in the premise ※.(residents next door) Other things to note -Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be imposed if you are late for check out 
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the property.  
-Please take off your shoes at the entrance. 
 -Keep the volume down during the night  
-No musical instruments. 
 -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner when leaving the flat  
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use  
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests. 
-Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.  
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. * Guest Registration is required: Hosts need to prepare the following for Lodger’s Registry Book: 1. Full Name
