Quiet accommodation on the heights of the Royans

My house is located 2.5 km from the village of Saint Jean en Royans, facing the mountain. Come and enjoy independent accommodation located on the ground floor of my family home. My mom lives above but with a completely independent entrance and outdoor living spaces. You will be quiet for your vacation, surrounded by nature (on the edge of the forest) and can enjoy meals on the terrace facing a magnificent view of the Vercors. The space Linens and towels are provided during your stay 👌 The accommodation consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is ideal for hosting a family with children. You will find a first small bedroom, with several beds (3 people), it is composed of 2 beds: - a 140 cm double bed -a single bed of 90 cm: suitable for both an adult and a child. Possibility of putting a removable barrier on request. A first bathroom with bathtub is next door. The second bedroom is very large and also suitable for up to 3 people. You will find a 140 cm double bed, a 90 cm single bed (serves as a sofa when not in use), a desk area, a TV and a private bathroom with shower. On request I can install a portable crib with a good mattress for a baby👶. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishes, microwave, oven, stove, fridge with top freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker. Gas grill🍖 on the terrace. A raclette machine for 6 people is also available 🧀 The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove🪵, however it is not mandatory to use it to heat the accommodation, in fact electric radiators are present in each room. Bed linen, bath linen (towels, glove and bath mat) and dishcloths for dishes and cleaning are provided. Outside, you can enjoy deckchairs, to admire the view, and a ping-pong table (not brand new😉). I also provide pétanque balls to play in the yard and badminton rackets 🏸 Books and board games are available. Wi-Fi in the accommodation (country Wi-Fi…) No washing machine🧺: laundromat 5 minutes' drive next to Intermarché. A very nice cat 🐈 lives in the apartment above, it is not impossible that he will come to visit you 😊 I do not charge a cleaning fee, please make the space clean and tidy🧹, the dishes 🧽 washed and the garbage cans 🗑 emptied👌😊. As this is my place of residence, my personal belongings will be present during your rental, please respect the shelves where it is noted "Private" 🙏
