Townhouse in Philadelphia

This is a private bedroom with a locked door in a beautiful, historic South Philly row house. Centrally located in a great neighborhood, 1.5 blocks from the Broad Street Line train. The house is colorfully decorated, with comfortable furniture, high ceilings, lots of big windows and natural light, as well as all the modern conveniences of a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, and laundry. A fun, comfortable place to stay with a great energy, a perfect home base for exploring Philly! The space This is a really charming South Philly home built in the historic row-house style. The interiors are all great spaces in very good condition, with hardwood floors, huge ceilings, and big windows in each room. We’re also really proud of the ways we’ve decorated all the rooms—it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, with a great energy. All the furnishings are very cozy, with great new hybrid memory foam mattresses—overall it’s just a place that feels really good to stay in. The kitchen and bathroom have just been renovated and are very clean and functional, supplied with everything you should need during your stay. There are also plenty of books and DVDs available, if you’d like some entertainment. They can be found on the bookcases in the second floor hallway. Guest access You will be able to access your private bedroom—the front room on the third floor—with a queen-sized bed. You will also be able to access the kitchen, with eat-in dining table, and the bathroom, with shower, tub, and laundry in the closet. During your stay There is an apartment on the first floor that we live in most of the time, except when we are traveling. So we appreciate if you don’t get too loud, especially late at night and on the second floor. We usually give guests space but if you have any questions or problems we are available—the best way is to message/text us or come notify us of any urgent problems. Other things to note Please note that there may be other guests staying in different rooms during your stay. Therefore, please be polite and considerate when it comes to noise and keeping the common spaces clean. Also, we only have one bathroom. Sometimes this means you may have to wait a few minutes to access the bathroom if someone else is using it. Please be patient and understanding—and when you are using the bathroom, please be considerate of others by trying not to take too long. And finally, please be considerate of all our neighbors!
