With high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows, and warm organic colors, the room is designed to feel calm, comfortable, and restorative after a day exploring Philadelphia. Just a short walk from the Broad Street Line, it's easy to reach Center City, the Sports Complex, stadium events, and everything Philadelphia has to offer. The space Our home is a classic South Philly rowhouse with four private guest rooms. We live downstairs and are available if you need anything, while still giving guests plenty of privacy. Many guests appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the chance to have a comfortable home base while visiting Philadelphia. Ideal for solo travelers, visiting professionals, and guests attending sporting events, concerts, or conventions. Guest access You will be able to access your private bedroom—the front room on the third floor—with a queen-sized bed. You will also be able to access the kitchen, with eat-in dining table, and the bathroom. During your stay The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests staying in the house. Most guests find the atmosphere quiet and respectful, and we simply ask everyone to be considerate of one another. Other things to note Need an early check-in or late check-out?
