The self contained apartment in this superb stone built house is on the outskirts of the medieval village of Sant Llorenç de la Muga. The apartment has its own private terrace and spacious garden. There is one bedroom and a lovely sitting room, a beautiful rose-marble bathroom with shower, and a bright basic kitchenette. Both rooms open onto the terrace and private garden. The Terrace has a fully equipped large gas BBQ and hob, refer to the photos. There is also a dining table and chairs. The space Although we don’t have air conditioning, our house is in the pre mountains and the nights are normally cool throughout the summer which keeps the inside of the house cool and comfortable. The main bedroom has a quality orthopaedic double bed. Is provided with a large digital T.V., leather comfy chair, sofa, and a desk. There is free access to Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen includes a mini-fridge, oven-microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, and of course a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The Terrace has a fully equipped large gas BBQ and hob, refer to the photos. There is also a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are also comfortable large teak sun loungers provided for you to take in the sun. Bed linen and towels provided. Suitability: Any couple or individual. Also suitable for elderly and persons with reduced mobility difficulties (one-step entrance) No pets. No parties. No smoking on any part of the premises including the driveway and garden. Guest access This is a completely separate ground floor apartment with its own private entrance, terrace and spacious lawn. Other things to note Although we don’t have air conditioning, our house is in the pre mountains and the nights are normally cool throughout the summer which keeps the inside of the house cool and comfortable. We are lucky in this as air conditioning is particularly unhealthy and bad for the environment.
