A Luxury Chalet / Apartment in Morzine

Newly renovated luxury Apartment/Chalet 10 mins walk from the Centre of Morzine. This 2 floor Apartment is a classic french ski Chalet with a modern twist. There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 8 guests. The living, dining and kitchen area is spacious with double height ceilings and is open plan. The living area is a comfy space to relax after a long day of activities: skiing/ mountain biking/ walking etc. Featuring a gorgeous fireplace, TV, and Sonos system. The space This first floor apartment has a boot room, which can also be used as a cloakroom/ storage area, housing a washer/ drier machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge. The apartment also features 3 balconies with stunning mountain views, two that can be accessed from the living area and the other from Bedroom 2. The entrance to the apartment is up one short flight of steps. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is up one short flight of steps. You will be provided with a code for self-access for a swift check-in. There is a spacious communal garden. There is one designated parking space under cover and additional parking space in the main driveway if needed or there are local car parks nearby. Other things to note This is a family owned apartment. My parents first met in Morzine over 35 years ago. We have been visiting every year since and we therefore look after the apartment really well, continually upgrade it and only rent it out for 6-8 weeks a year. We know a lot about the area, the do's and don'ts, so please feel free to ask for any recommendations before or during your stay. Please note the TV can be used for watching Netflix and other streaming services. However, we do not have local TV channels available. This is not a suitable apartment for a 'lads holiday'. We can provide baby / children's equipment upon request in advance. Including cots and high chairs.
