Space available is the whole bottom floor of my two storey townhouse. I the owner only needs access to the bottom storey to enter and exit the property through the garage door. Your space downstairs includes 2 bedrooms, one with comfortable queen bed and one with double/single bed bunk. You will have your own private lounge/living area with wall mounted flat screen tv and kitchenette which leads out to a private courtyard. Separate bathroom includes shower and bath and toilet. The space You will have your own space without any need to interact with me unless you need to. It is very clean and comfortable and I want you to feel at home in this space. Warragul is just 1 hour drive (100km) from Melbourne, but has a lovely country feel. It is unique that it is 1 hour from the beach but also 1 hour from the snow! If staying for a few days to explore the Gippsland area, you are easily able to head out to Noojee and stop at the famous trestle bridge built in 1919, then onto the magnificent Tooronga falls. Further along, standing in the foothills of the great dividing range is the 300 year old mountain ash, the majestic Ada tree, follow the path meandering through cool rainforest with groves of ancient myrtle beech, sassafras and soft treefern, flora and fauna are identified on signs along the way. Travel a little further and you will find yourself at the snowfields on Mount Baw Baw. Visit wineries with superb restaurants, ride the rail trails, antique shops, craft and farmers markets and visit historic townships like Walhalla, an old gold mining town where you can take a ride on the old goldfields railway.
