Two night minimum, this may be adjusted to more days around holidays and to prevent "orphaned" days. HOA does not allow one night. AirBNB will add city, state and county taxes. STR #551. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker (ground and Keurig), waffle iron, crock pot, toaster, blender, etc. Propane grill is on back patio. There are a lot of stairs that cannot easily be blocked off. The garage is on the lower level, the living space is on the third floor. Guest access You have full use of the property. HOA rules specify no smoking in units or on property. Access information will be provided in the app on arrival day. Other things to note Maximum overnight occupancy is six people.
