Beautiful apartment recently renovated in the magical neighborhood of Albayzin. It is a duplex accommodation having on the ground floor large living room-kitchen with sofa bed for two people (140x200). On the upper floor we find the bedroom with 150x200 bed, built-in wardrobe and magnificent bathroom with exterior window, double sinus and shower tray. Internet with Wifi and parking in public parking included in the price. Accommodation indicated for FAMILIES because the bathroom is in the room. The space Apartment, located on Cuesta de Alhacaba (a street completely remodeled with the typical Granada cobblestones, and reopened on November 30, 2023), you can walk to the most emblematic places of the city. It has excellent orientation, very sunny. The kitchen consists of an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. Great utensils where nothing is missing, such as nespresso machine, toaster, blender. The living room enjoys a 55 "television with access to NETFLIX. The sofa bed is opening with Italian system. The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold). As we indicated in the description, the accommodation is not recommended for two couples since the bathroom is on the upper floor having access to it from the bedroom. So it is recommended for family use when guests are more than 2 people. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All guests are requested to check in with their data, as is done in hotels (it is required by Spanish legislation in reference to all tourist accommodation). To facilitate your stay, a parking card will be provided free of charge in the public parking TRIUNFO (covered), which will be returned once the stay is over. The parking is about 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment. It is recommended to unload the luggage at the door of the accommodation, collect the parking card and park the vehicle, returning on foot to the accommodation (5-7 min). Once the stay is finished, it is recommended to pick up the vehicle, and load the luggage at the door of the accommodation building (leaving the keys and the parking card in the entrance furniture). Once this operation has been completed, only the door will remain closed.
