Have you ever wanted to try a tiny house? The Casita is your chance! The Casita is a sparkling clean, small studio that has everything you need for your stay! The Casita is nicely located to Route 60 2miles. then to 101, 202 and I10. Mesa Convention center, Mesa Arts Center and Mesa Amphitheatre: 2 miles. ASU 8 miles. MCC 2 miles. Phoenix 19 miles. and Scottsdale 13 mi. Also many casinos, golf courses and hiking trails. Come enjoy the East Valley! The space The Casita is a completely private studio with it's own entrance in the back yard with one shared kitchen wall. There is parking on property and street. All windows have privacy/heat reduction film. The full kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, pots and pans, toaster and basic kitchen supplies. The bedroom has 1 a queen size bed, TV, internet, desk, and end tables. The closet has a luggage rack, hangers, iron & ironing board, extra pillows and linens. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, towels and basic supplies. The outside area has 3 patio sets with a fire pit and yard games available upon request. The heat of AZ summer also comes with very high electricity bills. The electric company has requested we keep our air conditioners at 80 degrees to help prevent rolling blackouts and lower energy bills. Beginning May 15, 2025 through October 15, 2025 we are dropping the base cost of renting the Casita and the air conditioner will be set at 79 degrees for the lowered rent. If you would like to control the ac temperature it will cost $7 per day. Please just request and pay additional ac at booking or after arrival. Last year we began summer pricing which worked well, lowering the costs for most guests. Other things to note Please review all the pictures to make sure the casita is the right environment for you.
