This thoroughly and uniquely styled ranch reflects my taste in mid-century and industrial design. Exposed brick, steel and concrete are set against an eclectic collection of family antiques, artwork and collectables. The neighborhood is near the airport, Keeneland, UK, the hospitals, downtown and some of our best shopping and dining. But with great new additions this year - like warm gas logs and a queen size memory foam bed with resort quality bedding - you won't want to leave the house. The space First and foremost this is my home and has been my entire adult life. The house is duplexed and I primarily live in a small suite on site but I use both halves of the house when not hosting guests. I've lived here for 30+ years and made many updates over the years including additions and reconfigurations which have opened up and enlarged some amazing, inviting and comfortable spaces I love sharing with friends, visitors and guests. Premises Registration #15082798-1 Guest access Guests have access to the entire home as pictured and described here. The owner's suite is separate from the guest suite - each are 100% private and have separate entrances. There are NO SHARED SPACES. Guests have full, private and exclusive use of the patio perfectly situated off the kitchen - accessed by french doors. Guests may be sharing the pool itself, but not the patio, with the owner and other guests - but that is rare. The pool is usually private. Other things to note I do not have cable television, however I do have high speed internet and streaming Roku devices on both guest televisions with active Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube Premium and Paramount subscriptions
