Butlers Bend Holiday Villa

Our contemporary designed Villa comprises two bedrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and a fully equipped kitchen and recently renovated bathroom. A cosy wood fire, an early morning coffe on the deck overlooking the valley and creek or sharing a glass of wine with the abundant birdlife and native animals are the ultimate personal indulgence. The space Overlooking a picturesque valley, bordered by dense bush land that is home to cattle, horses, kangaroos and a myriad of bird life. The wide, sandy beaches, rugged cliff-tops and majestic swells of the Southern Ocean are only minutes way. Guest access Being fully self contained, everything you will need for a relaxing and invigorating break is provided. All we tell guests to bring is clothes, food, beach gear and a desire to make the most of this very special place. Other things to note We do require a two night minimum stay over weekends and of course, longer stays are required over public holidays and peak holiday periods (e.g. Easter and Xmas/New Year). While our maximum occupancy is 4 people, we do not charge for children under 12 years of age. If you have children accompanying you, do not include them when submitting your details (dates, etc) for your stay, as this will distort the quoted price, but please remember we only accommodate a maximum of four people in the Villa. Extra charges apply only in instances where there are any more than two adults staying.
