Dormitory-1 with Rooftop-View to Basel-EuroAirport

Discover south Germany at 10 km, Schweiz at 7 km, visit the Black Forest, the swiss Jura Hills or the French Vosges in one car hour. Arrive here from Basel EuroAirport in 15 minutes (12 kms). The space Bathroom (spacious shower +separate bath, wash machine, lavabo), toilet, balcony, kitchen are all meant for common use. Fridge, Freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, hot water boiler, all is ready for you in the kitchen. If this type of accommodation suits you, you are welcome to spend a good time sharing this cosy home. It's an ideal Dormitory for a group of 2 travellers. The dormitory-1 occupies 2/4 of the APT-2nd floor (the other 1/4 is my attic-hobby-room, the other 1/4 is Dormitory-2, open its separate Airbnb listing for reservation). 2 single beds (joignable to form a double) are in a 25 m2 room, (2 additional single beds for 3rd/4th travellers available in 15 m2 neighbor Dormitory-2), 1 mattress added on the floor may allow a 5th traveller. Note: blackout curtains are separating the 2 room's and guarantee perfect privacy inside the 2 rooms. Guest access Travellers do have free access to to all the APT's first floor shared spaces, except to the host's private room3. SMOKING is allowed outside, in the garden or in front of the entrance door , but it's forbidden elsewhere inside the APT. No use of alcoholic drinks is allowed! Other things to note 3 quarters of the APT's second floor are available for 2 dormitory rooms (25 m2 + 15m2) with semi-privacy (= rooms are well partitioned with blackout curtains but without door lockers ), the Dormitory is accessed by a 14-steps staircase. The last quarter of the second floor is a cosy attic room. The Rooftop APT is found at the second floor, in a new 10 APT - building (1993)
