Very close to the main monuments of the city, next to the famous Plaza de España, 15min walk from the Cathedral of Seville and 5min from the neighborhood of Santa Cruz. Very well connected, with tram, train and buses in the vicinity. The space Fall in love with Seville while staying in our apartment. The apartment is very nice, quiet and very bright, newly renovated and furnished, with elevator. There is a parking space in the building with access from the elevator (not always available) ask 15€/day. Apartment located in a quiet street just next to the historic center, the San Bernardo train station, the bus stop to get to and from the airport, the subway. It has two beautiful bedrooms, a pleasant living room, two spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, glass, fridge...) The apartment has a washing machine( consult in case you want to use it) You will have full access to the entire apartment. The apartment is registered in the Registry of Housing for Tourist Purposes of Andalusia. Seville is waiting for you! Guest access In the apartment there are: sheets, duvets, towels, gel, shampoo, toilet paper,... all the basic products you may need. It has four single beds, a sofa bed and a cot, television, wifi, air conditioning, heating. IMPORTANT: Washing machine only available for rentals from 4 days.
