Our charming bungalow is located in the Madison Historic District, comprised of 133 city blocks which are designated as a National Historic Landmark. The Ohio River is just 2 blocks south, and Madison's downtown district is 4 blocks away with its quaint shops, wineries & restaurants. Relax in our comfy living room, sit on the front porch, play games in the upstairs sitting room, or socialize on the private back patio. Our kitchen is fully equipped, and you'll have use of the washer & dryer. The space You'll enjoy the cozy living room with a smart tv, games and books, and a comfy leather couch. There's a game/work table in the upstairs bedroom sitting area, complete with poker chips and puzzles. Enjoy sitting on the back patio with a small fenced yard--there's a unicorn there to share in the fun!
