You will not find better neighbors and the quietness makes you forget you are in the city! Ponce City Market, Little 5 points, The Dekalb Farmers Market, The Fox Theater, Sprouts and WholeFoods are minutes away. If you like antiques, consignment, shopping, there’s plenty of places to visit We just ask that you treat our home in a respectable manner.- no smoking and it goes without saying but no illegal activities. We love well behaved pets but will have to ding you for damages and not picking up poop! Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate move-out and a $1500 fine. No exceptions. Please do not open any windows, remove any fixtures/items, etc that do not belong to you. All trash must be placed in trash receptacles and scheduled for pick up. Our smart Samsung refrigerator is pretty cool but the icemaker is driving us nuts. Please bring ice! All guests staying at the home are required to send a photo of their ID within 48 hours prior to their check-in date. Reviews are important so please tell us what we did well and we will do the same.
