If you are a development professional, you will love the history surrounded the area. The space The apartment has 24 hours security system. It is a very bright and nice one bedroom apartment. The living, dining and kitchen area is open with built-in closets for lots of storage. The bedroom also has large closets and attached balcony. The apartment is in the centrally located area of the city close proximity to many attractions, shopping centers, and lot's of restaurants. You can walk to the historical mosque located in Chandanpura and other historical areas. Guest access Guest has the full apartment. Guest can access the rooftop from where the large part of the city can be seen, and to the common area of the apartment complex. There is one closet which guest cannot use. Other things to note The apartment is part of the larger apartment complex. Guests would need to follow the apartment community association's rules and keep the noise level down during late nights. We follow the cultural norms of the country, as such the apartment will not be available for any inappropriate activities. If guests want the help with regular cleaning it can be arranged with guests' own costs. Similarly, if the guests want to wash their clothes, they can either send them to laundry, the caretaker can help with this, or ask the helper to clean with fees to be agreed with the helper. We will be accessible if you need any assistance from us during your stay. For urgent matter, you can talk to our friend who lives in the same apartment complex. If my friend or caretaker have a problem understanding the English language, my niece can translate for you. I'll share her contact once you arrive at the apartment. The apartment comes with a new refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, gas stove, electric stove when there is no gas available, cutlery, pots and pans, dinner plates, cups, and saucers, serving spoons, clean bedsheets and pillow cases, towels etc. Nothing should be removed from the apartment. You will have closet keys to lock your valuables, but at your own risks. Please note that if you change your reservation, we need a 3-day advance notice from you for your early departure. We would appreciate it if you respect this rule and don't ask a refund should you leave early.
