Surrounded by nature and cool breeze a spacious studio apartment on rent on the 2nd floor with all necessary amenities and full kitchen and bathroom… power backup is also available The property is located in the heart of ashwem.. the famous ashwem beach is 5 km away from arambol beach n on the other side we have our neighbour that is morjim beach.. the property has ample of parking space in the building as well as comfortable road side free parking.. 5-8 mins walking distance to the beach.. Other things to note 1. Airbnb is a home stay, cleaning of the room should be done by guest during their stay. If the guest wants the room to be cleant during their stay then they will have to pay Rs 500 per cleaning. 2. If the guest wants the linens to be exchanged, it will be provided every alternate day on request. 3. Any damages/breakages to the property and other items in the room should be informed to the host by the guest and must pay for the damage. 4. The check-in timing is 1 pm and checkout timing is 11 am. If the guest wants to increase their timing or leave their luggage (if the room does not have consecutive booking) then they will have to pay for those extra hours. 5. At the entry, there is a water tub kept for guests to wash their feet after coming from beach. 6. The towels in the room should not be taken on beach. Beach towels will be provided on request. 7. There will be water bottles kept in the room during arrival. Any more water bottles required should be paid by the guest. 8.
