The large spaces that allow adequate privacy for two families are the result of the skillful design of the famous architect Edoardo Gellner and the idea of Enrico Mattei, president of Eni, who together dreamed and created this enchanted village. The space The two-story Villa offers a wonderful view of Mount Pelmo thanks to the large windows that welcome all the brightness of the Dolomites sun. It has been renovated to make it very comfortable, strictly maintaining the original mahogany furnishings, designed by Gellner, which are still very current today thanks to their simple and modern lines. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a relaxation lounge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom and a storage room with washing machine. Going up the stairs leads to the large living area, well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, bathroom and shower. Next to the entrance there is a storage room for storing skis, boots and any bicycles during summer stays (up to 3 bicycles). Guest access The chalet is surrounded by a vast forest, ideal for beautiful walks. The unforgettable ski slopes of the Ampezzo Dolomites await you, connected with the Dolomiti SuperSki carousel and summer trips to the refuges and the peaks of the most beautiful mountains in the world. It is located 15 minutes from the Cortina ski lifts and 3 kilometers from those of S. Vito di Cadore. Shuttle service: access to the slopes with an efficient ski bus service that departs from the Corte delle Dolomiti Village and connects all the ski lifts in the ski area, from Borca di Cadore to Cortina, for a total of 140 km of slopes; the service is only carried out in the winter period (active from December 26). A few hundred meters from the chalet is a beautiful and panoramic SPA with swimming pool, sauna and wellness center (hours 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. every day - reservation recommended), an excellent restaurant-brewery and a small riding school. For bike lovers, at the end of the village is the "Lunga via delle Dolomiti" bike path that connects Calalzo-Cortina-Dobbiaco-S. Candido and Lienz. For climbing lovers, the rock gym of S. Vito - Chiapuzza is only 6 km from the chalet. The villa is part of the “Corte delle Dolomiti” complex which guarantees the maintenance services of the green and snow removal. In the complex, there is also a charming and elegant church designed by the architect Scarpa, which we recommend visiting. Other things to note For the peace of mind and safety of our guests, we have further improved our cleaning standards, adopting a disinfection procedure for the villa between stays, according to a rigorous cleaning protocol.
