Detached Unit from the main house & the one advertised here is an annexe with separate entrance. One AC bed room, fully modern kitchen with all the amenities. The AC sitting room has a sofa that converts to a big bed & can sleep 2 more people comfortably. The toilet has hot water and all the toiletries. The space The whole apartment is completely refurbished with modern custom built furniture. Everything is brand new. Bed room and sitting room are air conditioned as well as with ceiling fan. Fully equipped kitchen. Stand up shower with hot water. Pots and pans, glasses and crockery available to cook if required. 3 minutes walking distance to bus stop to any part of Colombo or suburbs, or to take an uber is convenient. Best of the shopping, fast food restaurants and eateries are just down the road. Although the main Colombo highway is 100 meters away, yet the place is extremely quiet and serene. Our home is equipped with a surveillance system at the entrance door and around the outside of our premises for the safety of our guests. To ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay for you and future guests, we ask no shoes to be worn anywhere inside the suite and be extra careful with food spillage. No undisclosed number of guests and no illegal activities, parties, cigarettes or drugs in or around the property. There is a common gate shared with the main house but the entrance to this property is completely separate. 1 bed room with king size bed, sofa bed in the living room, 1 washroom, full kitchen and sitting and dining room. Other things to note There is a another house in the same property where it is occupied on a long lease by Sri Lankans. It is mostly occupied only during office hours. Tenants are nice people who can be of help if needed as they are local residents of the area.
