Grass, Trees, Stars .....flora, fauna, ....Bug creek borders one side, and the Agua Fria River is only 8 minutes away on National Reserved Parkland. It's remote and is usually always very quiet and peaceful. Dirt bikes and Quads are allowed around in the Agua Fria nature park, room for trailers on the land! 24 hour restaraunts within 20 minutes, showers at the Luvs also, and now El Gordo awesome food!! The space A nice, quiet piece of land with grass and trees, right off Bug creek, and near to the Agua Fria River, and the community of Cordes Lakes. The properties grounds has one large firepit, centrally located in the camp, with plenty of cleared space that is perfect for setting up tents, etc. About 80-100 feet away is the creek, which runs right across the property at least 4 months out of the year . It has not overflowed yet in the 5 years I've been here, but that doesn't mean it never will. Plan accordingly if your visit would coincide with possible flash-floods. Guest access All the expanse of my property is at your disposal during your stay, make good use of the large firepit and nearby creek!
