(For the house with balcony) If you smoke at balcony, please place cigarettes, cigar butts and ashes in your compact ashtray. A cleaning fee of 50,000 Yen will be charged when traces of cigarette smoke is found in the room. ・Please do not put cardboard/big outer case without any notification. If you put these, will charge additional 100 USD. ・Please note that as a general rule, we are unable to change dates after reservations have been confirmed. Unlike hotels, all of our listings are for whole houses or with a small number of rooms, so last-minute schedule changes make it difficult for us to operate stably.
