The space A 3 bedroom apartment offering following bedded configurations: > Bed room 1: 1 queen size bed (160x200) > Bed room 2: 2 simple beds (90x200) (can be put together to get a king size bed) > Bed room 3 : 2 simple beds (90x200) (can be put together to get a king size bed) A fully equipped kitchen A confortable bathroom (shower) / separate WC A large private patio Guest access The entire apartment is yours. Only the unoccupied bedrooms will be locked. Other things to note >> IMPORTANT... Parties are not allowed in the apartement, please respect the quitness of the area and of our neighbours. >> In case of 1-4 persons : the tarif booked is for 1 bedroom usage / 2 persons. In case you need a separate bedroom, a supplément of EUR 15 / night will be applied and collected before the check-in. Please keep me informed. In any case the all apartment is booked for you. Only the unoccupied bedroom will be locked. Any supplements (parking fees, single room supplements) will be paid via an Airbnb payment link before arrival. We do expect you to take care of the place and leave it in the same conditions as you found it. We’ll provide you one key set during your stay in Lyon.
