We are offering 50 m2 deluxe apartments in a family house in a beautiful village Lokva Rogoznica, only 7 km from OMIŠ, 33 km from Split city center and 45 km away from the SPLIT International airport. From our house backyard, there is a private path which will take you to 30m distanced see water and to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast. This pearl (Artina beach and Zicova Riva as examples) is one of the 7 beautiful joined beaches that occupy a kilometer of heaven where you will have a time of your life. Take your time and enjoy the sea, sun, beach bars, and restaurants. The beaches are made of NATURAL PEBBLE STONE with shallow water suitable for smaller children, older people, and adapted for people with special needs. The Adriatic sea on this part of the cost is THE CLEANEST possible. Next to the house, there is FREE PARKING, but if you like to move around, there is a bus station only 50m from the house where busses pass every 15 minutes.
